Return Policy
If for any reason you’d like to return your item, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact info@avlis.nyc for further instructions. After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all conditions are met, we will refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days of receiving your return.
Repair Policy
**Applies to embroidered products only.
If you would request an online repair, please contact us at info@avlis.nyc. Your item will be assessed by one of our embroidery experts, who will determine the amount of damage that needs to be repaired. We provide a one-time embroidery repair for any product purchased that consists of any embroidery on it. Any damages to embroidery after this one-time complimentary repair will be assessed by our embroidery experts who will send you an estimate for the repair. Our experts will send out the estimate before continuing with the repair so that you can decide if you’d like to proceed with the repair of your garment.
